Lighthouse ...

1: a structure (as a tower) with a powerful light that gives a
continuous or intermittent signal to navigators
2: BEACON - a signal fire commonly on a hill, tower, or pole;
a source of light or inspiration

Do you know what a lighthouse is used for?

There are more than 13,500 lighthouses in the world today. People
are still counting them! The tallest lighthouse is 348 feet (in
Yokohama). Some lights from these tall houses can be seen more than
30 miles away.

Your life is like a boat that needs a light to guide it. God wants
to show you the way to Heaven and guide you throughout your life. He
knows you are lost in the darkness of sin.

Here is a wonderful promise for you:

Jesus spoke unto them saying,
I am the light of the world;
He that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness,
but shall have the light of life.
(John 8:12)

Will you believe Jesus died for your sin and follow Him?

When you believe on Jesus as your Savior from sin He will be
your lighthouse your guide forever. And He wants you to be a
light too!

You can be like a lighthouse by doing those things that please God.
Others will notice and you can tell them about Jesus.

When you see a lighthouse, let it remind you of the important job
God has given you!
