We are living in a day and age where everything moves so quickly, or as they say..."Life in the Fast Lane". How true this is! Even with all the modern conveniences, we still find it hard to squeeze in everything we schedule, or need to do in the course of a full day. In fact, many Businesses, Families & indivuals now turn to "Time Management" classes, in order to learn how to better utilize their time.

Unfortunitly for the Christian indivual, or family in the midst of trying to prioritize our time more efficiently, it's our spiritual lives that end up suffering the most. Instead of giving God the "First fruits" of our time, through our prayers, Bible reading, or quiet time with with the Lord, we worry to much about the real of the natural, the psyhcial world we live in. Thus truly showing our God what comes first in our lives!

Trying to live the Christian life isn't always easy!...some of you are probably saying right now ....A'men to that brother! I try to do the best I can trying to made time for everything, and by the end of the day I'm tired & wore out. I/we eat dinner, play with the kids or watch a little Tv, and for most of us...our mental, psychical, emotional, & even spiritual strength is exhausted. However this is not something new to our generation; surely Noah and his family understood the meaning of struggling to find time to do normal things plus aside from building God's Ark, and spending personal time alone with Him. Or Moses!...who probably wasn't sure of the meaning of a normal day, or how to plan for God's next move. How about Jesus's disciples? Even after conversion, I'm sure after a long day of ministry, they wern't to overly eager to spend time in prayer, or read the scrolls of scriptures. Some may have even falling asleep during one of Jesuss speaches.

So the question is: What is the solution to our problem? How about a "Spiritual Tune Up"!

Just as your car or vehical needs regular maintinence or a tune up, the same goes for our spiritual lives. Our great adversary Satan know how to help us over cludder, fill our days up and limiting our time with the Lord. We must not forget that the Bible says that Satan never sleeps nor tires against attacking God's children. Or the word's of the Apostle Paul who said in " " that we are not ignorant fo Satans devices. Our adversary knows the strength and power that's availible to us through the Holy Spirit, Prayer and God's word, which is why he (Satan) works so hard to keep us busy and away from our source of power & strength for daily living.
